3. The AI assistant, il Bottegaio
Conversations with il Bottegaio are processed by an AI model to generate answers and are logged without personal data, tied only to an anonymous session identifier. If you ask to be contacted and leave your name, company and email through the assistant, those details are stored as a lead and emailed to our team. Please do not share other personal data in the chat.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@bottegaria.com. We answer within 24 hours on working days.
